Traveling WEST on I-494, take the 5th & 7th Avenue exit (South St. Paul Exit #65). At the stop sign, take a left turn on 5th Avenue. Go to 4-way stop sign (about 7 blocks). Fifth Avenue now becomes Carmen Ave. Continue traveling south approximately 2 blocks. Dakota Pediatric Clinic is located on your right side in the Dakota Professional Building.

Traveling EAST on I-494, take the 5th & 7th Avenue exit (South St. Paul Exit #65). At the stop sign, go straight on the frontage road to 5th Avenue. Take a right turn on 5th Avenue and continue to 4-way stop sign (about 7 blocks). Fifth Avenue now becomes Carmen Avenue. Continue traveling approximately 2 blocks. Dakota Pediatric Clinic is located on your right side in the Dakota Professional Building.

Traveling NORTH or SOUTH on Hwy 52, take the Upper 55th Street exit. Turn right (East) on Upper 55th Street. Continue East on Upper 55th street (approximately 1 mile) to 5th Avenue, which becomes Carmen Avenue at this intersection. Turn right on Carmen Avenue. Go approximately 2 blocks. Dakota Pediatric Clinic is located on your right side in the Dakota Professional Building.

Traveling south on Cedar Avenue, turn left at the intersection of Cedar & Dodd Blvd. Go approximately 200 yards and take a right at the entrance to the Crossroads Shopping Center. When entering the shopping center, Dakota Pediatric Clinic is located in the first building on the right.
